Check-in time at the apartment rented on per day basis - 13-00. On the address of the apartment to be rented you will be met by our manager who will hand over the keys to you. During check-in the customer shall pay for full time lodging in the apartment (payment is effected in dollars or hrivnas).

Check-out time at the apartment you have rented on per day basis - 12-00. If you wish to leave the apartment after 12-00, please, inform our manager of your intention in advance and if the apartment remains unoccupied, lodging may be prolonged till 13.00-14.00 without any extra payment.

If you have ordered a taxi from Odessa airport or Borispol airport in Kiev or railroad station in Nikolaev, you will be met by our driver with notice plate bearing your name, who will take you on the address of the apartment to be rented in Nikolaev. If you order no transfer, we shall wait for your call from an airport, railroad station to be made minimally 1 hour before your arrival in Nikolaev.

Internet in Nikolaev apartments with price exceeding 45 dollars per day will be free of charge.

Apartments appearing in our site shall not be let for celebrating holidays, birthdays, etc. and are meant exclusively for lodging.

Cost of Nikolaev apartments daily rent includes: bedding and kitchen utensils, towels, hot and cold water and Internet. Apartment cleaning with change of bed clothes and towels will be one time per week at the time convenient for you.

Available additional services: more frequent apartment cleaning, laundry, cooking, purchase of foodstuffs, meeting at airports of Odessa/Kiev "Borispol", taxi service within the city, etc.

In case of damage inflicted on property or apartment under rent, tenant shall be obliged to reimburse all costs related to elimination of damage consequences.
